*How to Help
We need everyone to participate by selling your tickets and bringing your friends and families to the carnival. Need more tickets? Contact the front office.
We need 12 men/boys to build the frames for the carnival booths. To assemble frames, 3” deck screws and power drills are needed. Please bring tools including drills, extension cords, hammers, circular saws, etc. Pickup trucks are needed to transport supplies from storage sheds to the booth areas. When: Friday, October 24, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Expect to spend approximately 2 hours. Please also prepare to help deconstruct the frames on the day of the carnival. Still have questions? We need volunteers to help set-up the food station, carnival booths, and decorate on Saturday, October 25th at 10:00 a.m.
We need volunteers to take-down the carnival and clean up.
We need volunteers to help set up the raffle prizes on the stage. When: Saturday, October 25th at 10:00 a.m.
We need volunteers to received baked goods in the morning car line on Thursday, October 23rd. Then, store baked goods in designated location.
We need additional Safe Environment Trained parents and teachers. Please help if you are not already signed up to work a booth.
We need volunteers to bring patio tables and chairs for the food court area. Delivery scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 25th at 10:00.
